As soon as you know your judging schedule, please let us know if you have a requested appointment time. We cannot guarantee exact times but will do our best. The earlier you submit your request, the more likely you will receive a time close to the one you requested.

Penn Hip Xray Application: To apply for a Penn Hip appointment, please fill out the OFA hip/elbow application but note in the field for "List of tests requested" that you want a PennHip appointment along with whichever other tests you require. If you want both OFA and Penn Hip, please note this as well. In addition, please download, print, complete and bring with you the form listed as PennHip Anesthetic Release Form. Due to the requirement for general anesthesia, we must devote all of our attention to these patients so Penn Hip appointments will always be scheduled at the end of the day ( after all no-sedation appointments are finished). Because of this, we cannot give you an exact time until the day of the appointment. They generally occur after 4pm but may be later depending of the existing schedule.
